Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effect of oxygen atomization inhalation therapy for patients with bronchopneumonia. Methods:Sixty patients with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from January to November 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group in chronological order. Both groups received oxygen atomization inhalation therapy, while the control group received routine care and the experimental group received comprehensive care. The time to symptom relief, hospitalization time, and blood gas analysis indicators between the two groups of patients were compared. Results:After comprehensive nursing, the time to symptom relief and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and all blood gas analysis indicators were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with bronchopneumonia treated with oxygen atomization inhalation,a comprehensive nursing model should be actively implemented, which is helpful to improve various symptoms and shorten hospitalization time in a short period of time. This nursing model is worth promoting.
