Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of different pressure carbon dioxide(CO2)pneumoperitoneum on the surgical outcomes of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods:Forty patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(high abdominal pressure)and study group(low abdominal pressure)based on different pneumoperitoneum pressures, with 20 cases in each group.Hemodynamics, blood gas indicators, liver function, kidney function, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:At 10 and 20 min of pneumoperitoneum, mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),and partial pressure of arterial carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while partial pressure of arterial oxygen(PaO2)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),creatinine(Cr),and urea nitrogen(BUN)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low abdominal pressure is used to establish pneumoperitoneum during laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, which can reduce hemodynamic fluctuations and liver and kidney damage, minimize adverse reactions, and have high safety.
