Application of CO2 pneumoperitoneum temperature management combined with postural nursing in operating room nursing of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum temperature management combined with postural nursing in the operating room nursing of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients who received radical prostatectomy in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The nursing plan of the control group was routine operating room nursing,and the nursing plan of the observation group was CO2 pneumoperitoneum temperature management combined with postural nursing on the basis of the control group.The intraoperative body temperature changes of patients in the two groups were observed,and the postoperative rehabilitation indexes and perioperative complications of the two groups were counted.Results There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups before and 30 min after pneumoperitoneum establishment(P>0.05).After the establishment of pneumoperitoneum for 1 h,2 h and 4 h,the body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first recovery time of exhaust gas,the first recovery time of defecation,the first time of getting out of bed and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CO2 pneumoperitoneum temperature management combined with postural nursing in the operating room nursing of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy has a good effect,which helps to stabilize the intraoperative body temperature of patients,promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function and the early postoperative activity of getting out of bed,reduce the risk of perioperative complications,better promote the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients,and shorten the postoperative hospital stay.
