Abstract:According to the requirements of the"Technical code for medical gases engineering"(GB 50751-2012),there are strict standards in the flow, pressure, temperature, and purity of compressed air for medical air terminals.Specifically, the rated working pressure for medical air is 0.4 MPa,while it is 0.8 MPa for instrument air.It is a key research topic for medical compressed air source systems to make sure that the medical air source continuously and stably delivers gas that meets the required quality standards to terminal equipment. From both theoretical and practical perspectives, this paper discusses how to achieve efficient and safe operation of medical compressed air source systems while meeting expected performance outcomes.Additionally,it provides guidance on system design, installation, operation, and maintenance, and analyzes common system failure causes and corresponding solutions, offering useful references for system maintenance personnel.
