Abstract：Taking medical gas as an example,this paper discusses the risks existing in the process of bidding and procurement in hospitals,and puts forward a series of effective risk prevention and control measures combined with practical experience.It aims to improve the quality and safety of bidding and procurement in hospitals,and enhance the quality control management level of hospitals.Efforts such as strengthening management,improving system,and raising awareness of prevention and control are made to ensure the smooth development of medical services.It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the hospital to establish and improve a scientific,standardized and effective risk prevention and control system for bidding and procurement,so as to ensure the smooth progress of bidding and procurement activities and realize the reasonable allocation and efficient utilization of hospital resources.
