Abstract:This article aims to explore the process and effectiveness of upgrading and renovating liquid oxygen stations in grade A tertiary hospitals that have a long construction period, outdated equipment performance, and cannot meet the current industry standards. We have proposed and implemented a series of renovation plans to address the problems of outdated liquid oxygen storage tank facilities, insufficient vaporization capacity of vaporizers, low storage and supply efficiency, and equipment safety management in liquid oxygen stations.Firstly,by upgrading and installing integrated liquid oxygen storage tanks and vaporizers, optimizing the layout of liquid oxygen station facilities, the gas supply capacity of the liquid oxygen station has been significantly improved.Secondly, the introduction of remote monitoring and pressure regulating valve group technology for liquid oxygen storage tanks, including automated 24-hour remote monitoring systems and automated pressure regulation systems, has improved the operational safety of facilities and reduced labor costs. The renovated liquid oxygen station has significantly improved in terms of tank equipment efficiency, vaporization capacity, continuous and stable gas supply, and safety management. At the same time,by strengthening anti-static measures,24-hour monitoring of pressure and liquid level, remote automatic pressure adjustment, fireproof cofferdam, collection tank and other measures, potential problems can be detected and dealt with in a timely manner through daily inspections and human-machine combination mode, ensuring the normal operation of the liquid oxygen station and further guaranteeing the safety of its operation.Practice has shown that upgrading and renovating liquid oxygen stations not only improves their operational efficiency and safety, but also provides strong support for sustainable development in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
