Abstract:High altitude environment is characterized by low pressure, lack of oxygen, cold and dryness, which is challenging for human body.Low air pressure is the key factor leading to the occurrence of acute and chronic mountain sickness.High-altitude pressurized buildings can increase indoor air pressure, which is a novel way to solve the problem of mountain sickness. This paper introduces the basic situation of high-altitude pressurized buildings and explores the role of high-altitude pressurized buildings in the prevention and treatment of acute mountain sickness by analyzing and comparing the physiological data of two groups of people living inside and outside the pressurized buildings.
