Abstract：The gas in medical gas engineering mainly refers to three major medical gases:oxygen,negative pressure,and compressed air.This article elaborates on the relationship between gas usage,gas pipeline flow,gas supply capacity,and gas source reserve from the perspective of engineering design and practical application,and introduces the design and calculation process of medical gas engineering through examples,so that everyone can better design medical gas engineering.Many viewpoints in this paper are based on the data summary obtained by our R&D team in dealing with public health emergencies.
