Abstract:In order to ensure the safe operation and work quality of the medical gas pipeline system,it is necessary to optimize the management methods and manpower allocation, and give priority to high-level risk factors in view of the problems such as high difficulty in detecting hidden dangers and heavy investigation work in its daily management. The method of using the comprehensive weight value to represent the importance of risk factors is proposed.Taking failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)as the framework and GB 50751-2012"Technical code for medical gases engineering"as the reference,28 risk factors covered by the three sub-level systems of"gas source","supervision",and"terminal"are listed under the"human-machine-environment"model.After obtaining relevant data by expert scoring, the comprehensive weight method combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of each risk factor,so as to divide the risk level and get the risk management priority under the comprehensive weight. In order to reduce the influence of the lack of reasonable distribution of the weights of RPN scoring indexes S,O and D in FMEA,after comparing with RPN score, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to correct the abnormal ranking, and finally the risk management priority consistent with subjectivity and objectivity is obtained. The results show that in the process of daily use and maintenance,we should pay attention to the cultivation of the responsibility consciousness of the relevant personnel, pay attention to the daily inspection of the ward and medical oxygen gas source and the maintenance of the indoor environment, and beware of the occurrence of missed detection.
