Analysis of influencing factors of indoor and outdoor environmental pressure difference in hospital stem cell laboratory

Abstract：Stem cell laboratory is an important place for basic stem cell research,preparation,technology development and medical services.At present,the general principles of the construction of the stem cell laboratory mainly refer to the 2010 edition of"Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs","Architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department"(GB 50333-2002)and other standards.After the delivery department is put into use,the control of pressure gradient is particularly important for clinical cell cultures.There are many internal and external factors affecting the pressure gradient.This paper takes a hospital stem cell laboratory project as an example to analyze the main factors affecting the indoor and outdoor environmental pressure difference in the core area of the stem cell laboratory.
