Abstract:Oxygen inhalation is the most effective measure to reduce the damage of hypoxia in plateau environment to the physical and mental health of people in plateau. At present, pressure swing adsorption(PSA)oxygen production technology has become the mainstream high altitude oxygen production technology because of its small device size, flexible operation, low oxygen production cost, and high safety performance. However, high altitude low pressure environment will reduce the utilization efficiency of oxygen-producing adsorbents in PSA process,so how to improve the oxygen production performance of adsorbents in the high altitude low pressure environment has become a technical bottleneck that needs to be broken through.Based on the previous research results, this paper analyzes the principle of nitrogen and oxygen separation of oxygen-producing adsorbents, discusses the main factors affecting the performance of nitrogen and oxygen separation of adsorbents, elaborates the current development and application status of oxygen-producing adsorbents at home and abroad, with emphasis on the modification research of oxygen-producing adsorbents, analyzes the applicability of oxygen-producing adsorbents to high altitude low pressure environment, summarizes different conclusions drawn by predecessors, demonstrates the influence of different oxygen-producing adsorbents and related modification methods on nitrogen and oxygen adsorption coefficient, and provides a theoretical reference for the development of oxygen-producing adsorbents in the high altitude low pressure environment.
