Abstract：Through the analysis of the calculation of vacuum pipe diameter in the international standard for medical gas pipeline systems ISO 7396-1"Medical gas pipeline systems—Part 1:Pipeline systems for compressed medical gases and vacuum",and combined with the comparative analysis of China National Standard GB50751-2012"Technical code for medical gases engineering"and the National Building Standard Design Atlas 16R303"Medical gases engineering design",the influence of negative pressure pipe diameter on the economy of engineering project is discussed.
