Abstract：In order to reduce the damage of earthquakes to medical gas engineering in medical institutions,it is necessary to carry out seismic design for medical gas systems.Seismic calculations are carried out on the connection between medical gas pipelines and equipment and building structures to ensure the continuous operation of medical gas systems in the face of earthquakes with the seismic fortification intensity of the building.Based on current regulations,this article provides a brief introduction to the basic process of seismic design for medical gas systems,as well as the seismic design requirements for equipment and pipelines,so as to provide technical guidance for relevant designers.
