Linkage mechanism of demand,design,and construction of clean operation department based on BIM technology

Abstract：The hospital building is one of the most complex buildings in the category of large public buildings,and the clean operation department is the most specialized project in the hospital building,which can best reflect the comprehensive construction level,project management level,and comprehensive medical ability.Based on the application of BIM technology,taking the construction of clean operation department in a top three hospital as an example from the perspective of project management,the linkage mechanism of demand,design and construction of complex clean operation department is summarized in practice.
