Abstract:With the rapid development of aerospace technology, manned spacecraft are increasingly active in deep space environments such as near Earth orbit, the moon, and even Mars. However, these special environments pose unprecedented toxicological challenges to astronauts, which are directly related to their life safety, health status, and mission execution efficiency. This article summarizes the toxicological issues faced in aerospace activities both domestically and internationally, and analyzes the main toxicological issues in aerospace environment and their prevention and control measures. The comprehensive effects of factors such as air pollution, propellant leakage,long-term weightlessness, radiation exposure, and stress response inside the spacecraft on the health of astronauts are discussed in detail. In addition, this article summarizes the latest research progress and trends in the field of aerospace toxicology, and proposes strategies and future research directions to address these toxicological issues,in order to provide theoretical support and technical support for the safe and efficient conduct of aerospace activities.
