Abstract:Objective To visually analyze the relevant research in the field of cognitive function under sleep deprivation conditions based on the CiteSpace knowledge graph by bibliometric method,to understand the research hotspots and future development directions in this field, and to provide research ideas and methods for improving sleep problems and cognitive impairment in clinical practice. Methods A total of 477 related papers were exported from Web of Science, and the number of published papers, countries, institutions, authors, and keywords were analyzed and visualized. Results The number of papers published in this field showed a gradual upward trend. The United States and China had the most abundant research results in this field, represented by Washington State University in the United States and Anhui Medical University in China, but there was less cooperation between countries.Authorship collaborations were distinctly regional, with France and China being the most representative. In the state of sleep deprivation, fatigue and cognitive performance were the keywords that people paid the most attention to,and the keyword clustering map showed the subordinate concepts in this field, such as attention and memory. The keyword burst map reflected the trend of cross-disciplinary integration in this field. Conclusion Future research should focus on how neuromodulation technology can improve cognitive function under sleep deprivation conditions, and further study the trend of multi-disciplinary cross-integration,and promote its application as a medical method.
