Abstract:This study aims to analyze the organizational structure, operational mechanism, and management practices of the U.S.Air Force aeromedical evacuation(AE)system, extract its valuable experiences, and provide references for optimizing the AE system and enhancing the aeromedical rescue capabilities of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. From the perspective of system theory, this study systematically sorts out and deconstructs the construction model of the U.S.Air Force AE system and analyzes its core elements and operational logic in aspects such as organizational structure, division of responsibilities, talent cultivation, and equipment support.By establishing a three-level interconnected organizational command system characterized by"strategic planning-campaign coordination-tactical execution",and relying on standardized processes, information platforms, and professional teams, the U.S.Air Force has achieved efficient operation of its AE system.Based on the medical service support requirements for the joint operations of our military and the current construction status of the national aeronautical emergency rescue system, this study proposes targeted optimization paths, including building a globally coordinated command system and improving the standardized management, control, and support system,to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of our military's AE system and the enhancement of national aeronautical emergency rescue capabilities.
