Abstract：Accurate assessment of the nature and staging of ovarian-adnexal tumors is essential to guide patient management.However,the current free-text reporting is influenced by the work habits and clinical experience of radiologists in evaluating tumor malignancy and metastasis sites.There are differences not only among medical institutions,but also among different radiologists in the same medical institution.Based on this,after thorough communication and discussion among senior doctors specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian-adnexal tumors in radiology and gynecology,this study has built a"3+X diagnosis"imaging diagnostic thinking guided by clinical needs."3 diagnosis"includes diagnosis of position,quantity and quality,which is a common feature among all"3+X diagnosis"structured reporting(SR),while"X diagnosis"is added according to different systems and diseases,including diagnosis of adjacent tissues with lesions,cancer staging and therapeutic effects.Combined with the Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System MRI risk stratification guidelines,this study designs the ovarian-adnexal tumors"3+X diagnosis"SR system,which not only helps to improve the readability and standardization of imaging reports,strengthen effective communication between radiologists and clinical doctors,but also helps to cultivate the imaging diagnostic thinking ability of junior radiologists,which has good clinical and teaching significance.
