Visual analysis of research related to cur cumin and anti-tumor based on CiteSpace

Abstract：Objective To visually analyze the literatures related to curcumin and anti-tumor in the past 30 years,so as to sort out its development status,research hotspots and frontiers.Methords Taking Web of Science database as the retrieval object,and using the subject=("curcumin"OR"diferuloylmethane")AND("antitumor"OR"anticancer")to search for relevant literatures from January 1,1992 to June 30,2022,the trend of publication,countries,authors,journals,institutions and keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace software for analysis and mapping.Results A total of 4 380 papers were screened,and a polynomial regression model was used to fit and predict the annual cumulative number of publications.The countries,authors,journals and institutions with the largest number of publications were China,Professor SAHEBKAR A,Molecules and Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Iran,respectively.Keyword analysis showed that the research hotspots and development trends were mainly anti-tumor mechanism of curcumin,combined use with chemotherapeutics and nano-delivery systems.Conclusion In this paper,the research status,knowledge base,research hotspot and frontier evolution in the field of curcumin and anti-tumor are obtained through the analysis of the map,so as to provide a reference for the in-depth research of related scholars.
