Abstract:Intracranial hemorrhage(ICH)is a kind of serious neurosurgical disease.Minimally invasive neurosurgery has gradually become the primary treatment for ICH due to its advantages of less surgical trauma, short hospital stay, and low risk of postoperative complications. In recent years, with the continuous progress of endoscopy technology and the popularity of minimally invasive treatment,a series of innovative devices and technologies have emerged, including but not limited to the upgrading of high-resolution endoscopy, the optimization of supporting equipment, the introduction of three-dimensional visualization technology, and the fusion application of neurosurgical robot-assisted technology, which have greatly enriched the strategic selection of neuroendoscopic treatment of ICH.The purpose of this paper is to review the working principle, clinical application effect and potential value of these new technologies in the treatment of ICH,and also to discuss the future development trend of neuroendoscopy technology. The comprehensive application of these technologies provides more accurate and personalized treatment plans for ICH patients, and is expected to further enhance the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients in the future.
