Abstract:Inflammatory arthritis(IA)is a series of diseases including gout arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and juvenile idiopathic arthritis.Nod-like receptors(NLRs)are innate immune pattern recognition receptors, and some NLRs family molecules can promote inflammation through the formation of inflammasomes.More and more studies have demonstrated the important role of NLRs in IA.This review systematically summarizes the main causes of IA,the mechanisms of NLRs contributing to IA,and the use of related inhibitors as potential treatments for IA,which provides a new framework for developing NLRs-related inhibitors and is expected to improve efficacy and specificity against chronic diseases such as IA.
