Abstract:Objective To develop the military training health risk perception scale for college students, analyze the impact of college students' health risk perception on their military training performance, and explore the countermeasures to improve military training methods. Methods The interview texts were analyzed by grounded theory method, and the initial scale was constructed by three-level coding.A total of 575 freshmen of grade 2024 in some universities in Fujian were sampled before military training, and the scale was revised by reliability and validity analysis. Then, the structural equation of three dimensions of health risk perception and four subjects of military training was established to analyze the influence of health risk perception on military training performance. Results The Military Training Health Risk Perception Scale for College Students composed of 22 questions in 3 dimensions was established.Structural equation analysis showed that three dimensions of health risk perception had negative effects on the performance of four subjects in military training. Conclusion The scale developed in this study can be used to assess the health risk perception of college students before military training. The results suggest that health risk counseling should be carried out for college students before military training, and the security conditions should be improved to enhance the training effect.
