Abstract:Objective To integrate the evidence related to the prevention and management of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderly patients with hip fractures, and provide reference for clinicians to formulate nursing and prevention programs of DVT in elderly patients with hip fractures. Methods After identifying specific problems according to the PIPOST model, the relevant guideline databases and comprehensive databases were searched by computer, and the quality of the included literature was evaluated and the evidence was graded. The retrieval time was from January 2014 to August 2023.Results A total of 21 articles were included, and 37 best pieces of evidence were formed through integration and analysis, including DVT assessment, diagnosis and screening, intervention selection, and health education. Conclusion The best evidence of prevention, formation and management of DVT in elderly patients with hip fractures can provide a basis for clinical decision-making.In clinical application, evidence should be reasonably applied based on clinical scenarios to improve the quality of clinical care,so as to reduce the occurrence of DVT.
