Abstract:Objective Aiming at the problems of low pass rate and unsatisfactory training effect of pull-up subject in physical examination of male civilian personnel, this paper analyzes pull-up movements of subjects based on human factors engineering surface electromyography monitoring method, and explores whether surface myoelectric signal assisted pull-up teaching and training is feasible. Methods Five new recruits were randomly selected to monitor the electromyographic signals of brachioradialis, biceps brachialis, posterior deltoid bundle, latissimus dorsi and trapezius muscles during pull-ups.The data of muscle activation intensity, contribution rate and activation timing were selected to analyze the kinetic characteristics of the subjects. Results The electromyography monitoring data showed that muscle activation intensity, contribution rate and activation timing were different from those of standard pull-ups.The main muscle groups of the subjects were brachioradialis and biceps brachialis, the trapezius and latissimus dorsi were underactivated, resulting in compensatory force on the posterior deltoid bundle and biceps brachialis, the contribution rate of the posterior deltoid bundle as an auxiliary muscle group was higher than that of the latissimus dorsi. Conclusion Surface electromyography monitoring can present the internal muscle movements that cannot be visually observed in the form of electromyographic signals, assist the instructor to analyze the technical movement characteristics of the subjects in time, and provide reference for subsequent targeted training guidance.
