Abstract:Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases(ICVD)by data mining technology, and to summarize the medication rules of TCM for the treatment of ICVD.Methods Relevant literatures on TCM treatment of ICVD were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang and VIP database, and prescription data were extracted.Microsoft Excel was used to establish the database, and IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 software was used for cluster analysis.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze relevant rules. Results A total of 63 literatures were included, with a total of 63 prescriptions and 139 Chinese medicinal herbs, and the frequency of use was 622 times. The four Chinese medicinal herbs with high frequency were Ligusticum wallichii,Angelica sinensis,Pheretima and Salvia miltiorrhiza. The medicinal properties were mostly warm, cold and flat. The tastes were mostly bitter, sweet, and pungent. The channel tropisms were mostly liver, heart and spleen meridian.Three cluster groups were formed by cluster analysis. In the correlation rule analysis, the drug combinations with the highest degree of support in the second and third order association analysis were Ligusticum wallichii-Angelica sinensis and Radix Paeoniae Rubra-Ligusticum wallichii-Angelica sinensis, respectively. Conclusion The high-frequency drugs used in the clinical treatment of ICVD include Ligusticum wallichii,Angelica sinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Pheretima, etc. Most of them are drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and tonifying deficiency. The commonly used core drug combinations are Ligusticum wallichii and Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Ligusticum wallichii. The prescription mainly consists of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating prescription and heat-clearing and toxicity-removing prescription.
