Abstract:Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is one of the important causes of gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic atrophic gastritis, peptic ulcer, and gastric cancer.Hp infection can alter the diversity and structure of gastrointestinal microecology by affecting the gastric microenvironment and host immunity.Hp eradication therapy can cause short-term disruption of gastrointestinal microecology, and different Hp eradication therapy regimens have different effects on gastrointestinal microecology. This paper reviews the interactions between Hp and gastrointestinal microecology,so as to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of Hp infection.
