Abstract：Objective To establish a set of systematic improvement process and technical method to improve the aviation adaptability of portable medical equipment.Methods Taking electrocardiograph(ECG)machine as an example,the weak link of the equipment was obtained through parameter comparison and diagnostic test.Based on GJB 150A and other standards,the key improvement technologies and methods such as vibration isolation,reinforcement and electromagnetic compatibility were studied,and the key technology of laminating process was studied for typical problem of glass screen protection.Results After laboratory environment test,medical identification test and flight environment test,the ECG machine met the requirements of aviation adaptability,and was applied and popularized in other products.Conclusion This set of improvement process methods and key technologies can effectively solve the problem of aviation environmental adaptability of ECG machine,and provide reference for the aviation adaptability improvement of portable medical equipment.
