Abstract:Vascular endothelial cells have significant heterogeneity in structure and function due to different anatomical sites.Recent studies have shown that dermal microvascular endothelial cells have unique manifestations in metabolism and signal transduction.Vascular endothelial cells derived from different tissues cannot replace each other,so primary dermal microvascular endothelial cells are more meaningful for the study of skin diseases. However,at present,it is still difficult to obtain dermal microvascular endothelial cells, and there are difficulties such as difficult separation, low purity, and high proneness to generate fibroblast pollution. This paper summarized the methods of isolation, purification and identification of skin microvascular endothelial cells under normal and various pathological conditions, and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages,in order to provide a reference for readers to choose a suitable method for primary culture of skin microvascular endothelial cells.
