Abstract：A case of "successful surgery but unsuccessful treatment" reminds us that most of clinical diseases are complex and it is difficult to have a very satisfactory result of treatment by a single specialist. For today's medical specialist, it is necessary to have the clinical strategy of holistic integrative medicine. Medicine concerns life, and man is an organic whole in constant movement. This is an era calling for the integration of "people-oriented" holistic integrative medicine concept into thinking and practice.
