Abstract:[Abstact]Objective To evaluate the application of a dual-dimensional nursing model in the interventional treatment with biodegradable occluders of children with congenital heart disease. Methods Ten children with CHD treated with biodegradable occluders were included, comprising eight with ventricular septal defect(VSD)and two with patent foramen ovale(PFO).A dual-dimensional intraoperative nursing model was de-veloped,integrating standardized procedural protocols with individualized strategies tailored to the specific characteristics of VSD and PFO.This approach aimed to optimize nursing support, enhance procedural suc-cess,and reduce complication rates. Results All procedures were successfully completed(100%success rate),with no major complications observed during six months of follow-up.Conclusion Implementing a dual-dimensional nursing model that combines standardized procedures with individualized strategies can enhance.
