Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of echocardiography combined with serum Asprosin and Tenascin-C in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)complicated with silent myocardial ischemia(SMI).Methods A total of 149 suspected CHD patients with SMI admitted to our hospital were regarded as the study subjects, and were separated into an SMI group(n=117)and a non SMI group(n=32).ELISA was applied to detect serum levels of Asprosin and Tenascin-C.Multivariate logistic regression model was applied to analyze the factors associated with SMI in CHD patients.ROC curve was ap-plied to analyze the diagnostic value of echocardiography combined with serum Asprosin and Tenascin-C for SMI in CHD pa-tients.Results The left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)and left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)in the SMI group were obviously higher than those in the non SMI group(all P<0.05),and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was obviously lower than that in the non SMI group(P<0.05).The serum levels of Asprosin and Tenascin-C in the SMI group were obviously higher than those in the non SMI group(all P<0.05).Multivariate logistic analysis showed that LVEDV(OR=1.437),LVESV(OR=1.525),LVEF(OR=0.843),Asprosin(OR=1.852),and Tenascin-C(OR=1.714)were all influencing factors for SMI in CHD patients(all P<0.05).ROC results showed that the AUC of echocardiography, serum Asprosin, and Tenascin-C for diagnosing CHD complicated with SMI was 0.767,0.737,and 0.780,respectively.The AUC of echocardiography combined with serum Asprosin and Tenascin-C for diagnosing CHD complicated with SMI was 0.898,and the AUC was obviously higher than AUC of echocardiography, serum Asprosin, and Tenascin-C(Z=2.947,3.289,3.235,all P<0.05).Conclu-sion Serum levels of Asprosin and Tenascin-C are higher in patients with CHD complicated with SMI.The combination of echo-cardiography with serum Asprosin and Tenascin-C has high diagnostic value for CHD complicated with SMI.
