Analysis of the clinical significance of three-dimensional speckle tracking technology combined with serum levels of SAA and β-defensin-3 in evaluating patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary infection

Abstract：Objective To explore the relevance of 3D-STI in a clinical context technology combined with serum levels of SAA and β-defensin-3 in evaluating patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction complicated with chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease(COPD)and pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 40 patients with ST segment elevation myocar-dial infarction and COPD were selected as the study subjects.Patients with concomitant pulmonary infections were included in the study group,while,patients without pulmonary infections were included in the control group.Using 3D-STI technology and combined detection of serum levels of SAA and β-defensin-3 in patients,we compared the differences between the two groups and evaluated the clinical significance of 3D-STI technology combined with serum levels of SAA and β-defensin-3 in evaluating patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction combined with COPD and pulmonary infection.Results There were significant differences in terms of overall strain(GS),overall circumferential strain(GCS),overall longitudinal strain(GLS),and overall radial strain(GRS)in the study group with the control group(all P<0.05).The serum levels of SAA and β-defendin-3 in the study group were significantly different from those in the study group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of 3D-STI technology and serum levels of SAA and β-defensin-3 is of great clinical significance for evaluating patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary infection.
