Abstract:Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum markers,i.e.,β-actin(β-actin),matrix metalloprotein-ase-9(MMP-9),and S100 calc-binding protein B(S100β),combined with CT perfusion imaging(CTP)in acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 125 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected. After admission, patients were assessed us-ing the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and divided into mild, moderate, and severe groups. The clinical data and serum markers of β-actin,MMP-9,and S100β and CTP parameters of the three groups were compared, and the influence of serum markers of β-actin,MMP-9,and S100β CTP parameters on patients'disease conditions was analyzed by binary Logistic regression.ROC curve was used to analyze the value of serum markers of β-actin,MMP-9,S100β and CTP parameters in pre-dicting the disease of patients. Results Diastolic blood pressure, reperfusion therapy, platelet count, total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL),uric acid,Alberta Stroke Program early CT(ASPECTS)score,β-actin,MMP-9,S100β,local cerebral blood flow(rCBF),and local brain in the three groups were significant differences in blood vol-ume(rCBV),maximum peak time(Tmax)and 30-day modified Rankin scale(mRS)score(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the elevated levels of serum β-actin,MMP-9 and S100β were independent risk factors for acute ischemic stroke patients. The levels of rCBF,rCBV,Tmax and other parameters had significant changes with the aggravation of patients'disease(P<0.05).Using DeLong test for comparison, the area under the curve of single detection of rCBF,rCBV and Tmax was lower than that of the combined detection of the three(P<0.05),and the area under the curve of single detection of serum β-ac-tin,MMP-9,S100β and CTP parameters was lower than that of combined detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined de-tection of serum markers of β-actin,MMP-9,S100β and CTP has a high predictive value for acute ischemic stroke patients.
