Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of interventional therapy combined with anlotinib targeted therapy for ad-vanced pancreatic cancer(APC).Method A total of 72 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were selected.Among them,29 cases received interventional therapy combined with anlotinib targeted therapy(observation group),and 43 cases only re-ceived interventional therapy(control group). Before treatment and one month after treatment, the degree of pain was evaluated using the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).At 2 and 6 months after treatment, the short-term efficacy was evaluated according to the WHO efficacy evaluation criteria for solid tumors, and the objective response rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)were calculated.Regular follow-up was conducted for one year. The median survival time(mST)and median progression-free sur-vival time(mPFS)were statistically analyzed, and the overall survival rate was calculated. We statistically analyzed the adverse reactions within 2 months after treatment. Results There was no statistically significant difference in VAS before and after treat-ment between the two groups(all P>0.05),but the VAS after treatment in both groups was lower than that before treatment in the same group(all P<0.05).After 2 and 6 months of treatment, the ORR and DCR of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The mPFS of the observation group and the control group was 6 and 3 months respec-tively,and the mST was 10 and 7 months respectively. There were statistically significant differences in mPFS and mST between the two groups(all P<0.05).The overall survival rates of the observation group and the control group at 6 months of treatment were 79.3%(23/29)and 72.1%(31/43),respectively.The overall survival rates at 9 months were 65.6%(19/29)and 27.9%(12/43),respectively.The overall survival rates at 12 months were 48.3%(14/29)and 16.3%(7/43),respectively.The Kaplan-Meier survival curve of the observation group was better than that of the control group(χ2=18.420,P<0.05).No serious compli-cations or deaths occurred in either group within 2 months after treatment, and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(all P>0.05).Conclusion Intervention combined with anlotinib targeted therapy for APC can delay disease progression, prolong survival time, and not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
