Abstract:Objective To investigate the guiding role of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA)dual-volume reconstruction technology combined with roadmap technology in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of complex in-tracranial aneurysms. Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with intracranial complex aneurysms were retrospectively ana-lyzed.All patients were subjected to 3D-DSA dual-volume reconstruction technology and roadmap imaging technology for the in-terventional treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms therapy. Results A total of 115 aneurysms were detected in 112 pa-tients.The success rate of 3D-DSA dual-volume reconstruction combined with roadmap technology for lesion embolization was 100%.The dose of contrast medium was(41.86±9.30)mL,the radiation dose of X-ray was(528.39±30.56)mGy,the opera-tion time was(40.15±8.46)min,and the X-ray exposure time was(915.60±223.49)s.The degree of lesion embolization after interventional therapy was as follows:108 cases of grade Ⅰ,5 cases of grade Ⅱ,and 2 cases of grade Ⅲ.Two grade Ⅲ aneu-rysms were treated with secondary embolization and reached grade Ⅰ.Conclusion The 3D-DSA dual volume reconstruction combined with the roadmap technique plays a good guiding role in the interventional treatment of complex intracranial aneu-rysms,the success rate of lesion embolization is high, and the X-ray radiation dose, contrast agent dosage, and operation time are reduced.
