Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of dual source CT(DSCT)enhanced scanning combined with mag-netic resonance imaging(MRI)in the qualitative diagnosis of liver tumors. Methods 95 patients with liver tumors admitted to the hospital were selected, and DSCT enhanced scans and MRI scans were performed after admission. The pathological results of liver biopsy were used as the gold standard, patients were divided into benign and malignant groups. The imaging parameters of patients in different groups were compared, and the application value of DSCT enhanced scanning combined with MRI in the qualitative diagnosis of liver tumors was analyzed. Results The pathological results of liver biopsy showed that 49 out of 95 liver tumor patients were malignant tumors. There was no statistically significant difference in the arterial and venous phase CT enhancement values between the malignant group and the benign group in DSCT enhanced scanning(P>0.05).The net CT en-hancement in the malignant group during the arterial and venous phase was lower than that in the benign group(P<0.05).The ap-parent diffusion coefficient(ADC)and perfusion fraction(f)of MRI scans in the malignant group were lower than those in the benign group(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn, and the optimal thresholds of CT net value-added,ADC and f in the arteriovenous phase were 12.50 HU,1.76×10-3 s/mm2 and 28.38%,respectively.According to the optimal threshold, the parallel test was carried out to verify the sensitivity of DSCT enhanced scan combined with MRI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors. The sensitivity was 93.88%and the specificity was 58.70%,which was consis-tent with the pathological results(Kappa=0.358,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of DSCT enhanced scanning and MRI has significant advantages in the qualitative diagnosis of liver tumors, which can provide important reference basis for clini-cal differential diagnosis.
