Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of contrast agent heating on the results of enhanced CT scanning in patients with urinary system. Methods 112 patients with enhanced CT scan in urology department of our hospital were randomly di-vided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=52).Two contrast agents close to human body temperature(37℃)and normal room temperature(15-22℃)were used respectively. The occurrence of adverse reactions and related influencing fac-tors were compared between the two groups. Results The baseline information of the two groups included age, sex, body mass index, and etc. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the incidence of urinary system dis-eases was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the skin and its acces-sory system in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that adverse reactions were related to the incidence of urinary diseases and different organ systems(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of warm-heat contrast agent in enhanced CT scan can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with urinary system.
