Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical evaluation value of CT angiography(CTA)combined with coronary angiogra-phy and cardiovascuar magnetic resonance(CMR)in dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods Retrospective collection of medical records of 110 patients with cardiomyopathy treated in the hospital was conducted. The medical records of 92 patients with DCM were classified into the DCM group, while, the medical records of the remaining 18 patients with ischemic cardiomy-opathy were classified into the non-DCM group.Patients in both groups underwent CTA coronary imaging and CMR examination after admission, and the examination parameters were recorded. The value of CTA coronary imaging combined with CMR in the clinical evaluation of DCM was investigated by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results The levels of minimum luminal area(LA),left ventricular myocardial mass(LVMM),left atrial diameter(LAD),and right atrial diameter(RAD)in the DCM group were higher than those in the non-DCM group. The eccentricity index(EI)and remodeling index(RI)were lower than those in the non-DCM group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).ROC curve was drawn to indicate that the values of LA,EI,RI,LVMM,LAD,and RAD for evaluating DCM individually and in combination was 0.685,0.644,0.703,0.676,0.679,0.660,and 0.900,respectively,with the highest value for joint evaluation. Conclusion CTA coronary imaging combined with CMR can improve the clinical evaluation value of DCM,which is worthy of promotion and application.
