Relationship between characteristics of CT enhanced scan and tumor microvascular density,CYFRA21-1 in patients with peripheral lung cancer

Abstract：Objective To analyze the relationship between characteristics of CT enhanced scan and tumor microvascular den-sity(MVD),soluble cytokeratin-19(CYFRA21-1)in patients with peripheral lung cancer(PLC).Methods A total of 98 pa-tients with PLC admitted to the hospital were enrolled.The correlation between characteristics of CT enhanced scan and MVD,CYFRA21-1 in PLC patients was analyzed by Spearman.Results There were significant difference in MVD between patients with tumor diameter>3 cm,CT signs(mediastinal lymph node enlargement,lobulation sign,vessel convergence sign)and scan enhancement value≥20 HU and those with tumor diameter≤3 cm,without the above CT signs and with scan enhancement value<20 HU(P<0.05).There were significant differences in CYFRA21-1 between patients with tumor diameter>3 cm and lobulation sign and those with tumor diameter≤3 cm,but without lobulation sign(P<0.05).Tumor diameter,lobulation sign,mediastinal lymph node enlargement and vessel convergence sign were correlated with MVD(P<0.05).Tumor diameter and lobulation sign were correlated with CYFRA21-1(P<0.05).Conclusion Some characteristics of CT enhanced scan are corre-lated with MVD and CYFRA21-1 in PLC patients.
