Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of echocardiography and pressure-strain loop(PSL)in evaluating the location and degree of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 118 patients diagnosed as coro-nary heart disease by clinical coronary angiography were taken as the research objects. All patients were examined by echocar-diography combined with PSL.The obtained parameters were compared with the results of coronary angiography.According to the results of coronary angiography, the subjects were divided into mild stenosis group(n=56),moderate stenosis group(n=34),and severe stenosis group(n=28)according to the degree of stenosis.According to the lesion site, the patients were divided into left anterior descending coronary artery lesion group(n=89),right coronary artery lesion group(n=95),and left circumflex coro-nary artery lesion group(n=64).We analyzed the evaluation value of ultrasonic electrocardiogram combined with PSL in patients with coronary heart disease and its correlation with stenosis degree. Results There was no difference in baseline data among mild stenosis group, moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group(P>0.05).The levels of LVEDD,LVESV,LVEDV increased with the deepening of stenosis. The level of LVEF decreased with the deepening of stenosis, and the differences be-tween the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of GWI,GCW and GWE decreased with the deepening of stenosis. The level of GWW increased with the deepening of stenosis, and the differences between groups were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that LVEDD,LVESV,LVEDV and GWW were positively correlated with the degree of coronary heart disease stenosis.LVEF,GWI,GCW and GWE were negatively correlated with the degree of coronary heart disease stenosis. There was no significant difference between groups in different lesion sites by echocardiography and PSL(P>0.05).The positive rate of coronary lesions identify by PSL was 78.72%.Conclusion Echocardiography and PSL have high application value in evaluating the location and degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease, which can be used as non-invasive examination methods to guide clinical treatment.
