Value analysis of breast ultrasound combined with immunoinflammatory indicators in predicting axillary lymph node tumor burden in patients with breast cancer

Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of breast ultrasound combined with immunoinflammatory indicators in predict-ing axillary lymph node tumor burden of breast cancer.Methods 54 patients with invasive breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively included,and divided into high-burden group and low-burden group according to axillary lymph node tumor burden.The clinical characteristics,ultrasonic characteristics and immunoinflammatory indicators of the two groups were evaluated by univariate analysis,and the indicators<0.2 of univariate analysis were included in multivariate Logis-tic regression analysis.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in age,BMI,menopausal status,primary focal length and immunoinflammatory indexes between the two groups.The results of axillary ultrasound and the location of primary lesion were significantly different between the two groups.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that only axillary ultrasound indicators were independent predictors of axillary lymph node metastatic burden in breast cancer.Conclusions Axillary lymph node ultrasonography is an independent predictor of axillary lymph node burden in breast cancer,which has certain clinical value in the treatment and prognosis prediction of breast cancer.
