Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of preoperative CT-guided wire positioning of pulmonary ground glass nodules. Methods A total of 79 patients with 95 ground glass nodules located with wire hook before video-assisted thoracic sur-gery(VATS)in our hospital were selected. The localization success rate, localization time, complications,CT scanning times, postoperative pathology and other data were recorded, and the related factors of complications were analyzed. Results The lo-calization success rate was 87.37%.The complication rate was 34.74%,including 5 cases of pain,20 cases of minor bleeding, and 14 cases of pneumothorax. In the total complications, pneumothorax and bleeding complications, there were no statistically significant differences in age, sex, smoking history, history of hypertension and history of cardiovascular disease among patients with general conditions(P>0.05).The nature of nodule(P=0.03),positioning position(P=0.04)and positioning time(P=0.02)were statistically significant in the total complications. There was significant difference in the nature of nodules(P=0.02)in bleeding complications. Conclusion The application of CT-guided wire in preoperative localization of pulmonary ground glass nodules in vast is safe and effective, simple and convenient, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
