Abstract:Objective To analyze the expression level of serum miR-210-3p in patients with acute heart failure and the clini-cal value of echocardiographic indexes on its prognosis and to provide relevant reference for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of pa-tients with this disease. Methods The clinical data of 93 patients with acute heart failure admitted to our hospital were analyzed.According to the follow-up results, the patients were divided into two groups:the group with adverse cardiovascular events(23 cases)and the group without adverse cardiovascular events(70 cases). To analyze Then,we analyzed the expression level of miR-210-3p and echocardiographic indexes when patients were admitted to hospital,as well as analyzed the clinical value of the above indexes on the prognosis of patients. Results There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the parameters of LVDd,LVDs,LAD,diastolic parameters, valve parameters, pulmonary artery pressure parameters, and total EMPS score detected by echocardiography between patients with and without cardiovascular adverse events. The relative expression level of miR-210-3p in patients with adverse cardiovascular events was significantly lower than that in patients without events(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the predicted AUC of miR-210-3p and echocardiography was 0.881 and 0.989 respectively. The diagnostic sensitivity was 87.0%and 99.2%and the specificity was 81.4%and 92.9%,respectively.Conclusion miR-210-3p and echocardiography have high clinical value in predicting the prognosis of patients with acute heart failure.
