Abstract:Objective To investigate risk factors for recurrence after catheter ablation in hypertensive(AF-HP)and non-hypertensive atrial fibrillation patients(AF-N-HP).Methods 252 atrial fibrillation patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Gui-zhou Medical University were divided into AF-HP and AF-N-HP groups. Each group was further divided into recurrence and non-recurrence groups based on one-year follow-up results.Preoperative clinical and cardiac data were collected and analyzed using SPSS 26.0.Logistic regression and ROC curve analyses were used to identify and compare risk factors. Results HDL-C and LAD were independent risk factors for AF-HP recurrence with AUCs of 0.611 and 0.620,and the combined AUC of 0.679.Cr and RAD were independent risk factors for AF-N-HP recurrence with AUCs of 0.619 and 0.655,and the combined AUC of 0.700.Conclusion Risk factors for recurrence differ between AF-HP and AF-N-HP patients, with the combined blood markers improving predictive efficiency.
