Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of swallowing angiography in the rehabilitation of dysphagia after early stroke. Methods 200 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table, with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent the Kubota water swallow test(KWST)and rehabilitation training. The experimental group was improved on the basis of the control group and the guided rehabilitation training. The treatment course of both groups was 2 weeks. The improvement of swallowing function, incidence of aspiration pneumonia and clinical effectiveness of patients in the experimental group and the control group before and after treat-ment were compared. Results After treatment, the swallowing function of both groups was significantly improved. The improve-ment of swallowing function in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in both groups was lower than before treatment, and the clinical effective rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Swallow angiography can accurately evaluate the swallowing function of early stroke patients,signifi-cantly reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia, detect recessive aspiration, and guide the implementation of effective swal-low rehabilitation.
