Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of coronary computed tomography fractional flow reserve in the pre-operative assessment for percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in individuals suffering from coronary heart disease.Meth-ods A retrospective analysis was performed on the imaging data of 63 patients who had undergone coronary computed tomogra-phy angiography and invasive coronary angiography.Fractional flow reserve was analyzed utilizing software based on deep learn-ing technologies.Patients were divided into a PCI treatment group and a non PCI treatment group according to whether stent treat-ment was performed. The coronary artery stenosis rate and CT fractional flow reserve between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The PCI treatment group exhibited more severe stenosis at the sites of plaque within the vascular lumen compared to the non PCI treatment group, accompanied by reduced distal CT fractional flow reserve(P<0.05).Conclusion The CT blood flow reserve score emerges as a powerful tool, providing non-invasive,swift,and precise one-stop tool for anatomi-cal and functional evaluations of coronary artery lesions. This innovative approach expands the scope of CT examinations in as-sessing coronary artery anomalies, enhancing the detection efficiency for coronary heart diseases requiring intervention, thus pre-senting significant clinical implications and a wide horizon for future applications.
