Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical application value of non-gated Turbo Flash mode in dual-source CT imaging of bronchial arteries. Methods This study included 260 patients who underwent CT angiography(CTA)of the bronchial arteries and were randomly divided into the experimental group(132 cases)and the control group(128 cases). The experimental group uti-lized non-gated Turbo Flash mode on dual-source CT,while the control group was scanned using retrospective ECG-gated spiral scanning on dual-source CT.The image quality scores(subjective and objective),radiation dose, and scanning time of the two groups were compared, and the inter-rater agreement between two physicians'scores was assessed using Kappa test. Results There were no significant differences in the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)at the origin of the bron-chial arteries between the two groups(P>0.05),and the subjective image quality scores were also not significantly different(P>0.05),with a high inter-rater agreement(Kappa=0.92).The experimental group had significantly lower effective radiation dose and scanning time compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Turbo Flash mode on dual-source CT can ensure image quality while reducing radiation exposure, making it suitable for clinical promotion and application.
