Abstract:Objective To analyze the ultrasound characteristics of cervical lymph node tuberculosis and to explore the rela-tionship between different ultrasound imaging manifestations and the prognosis of cervical lymph node tuberculosis. Methods Different ultrasonographic manifestations of 109 patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis diagnosed pathologically and re-ceiving regular anti-tuberculosis therapy in Beijing Chest Hospital from January 2018 to October 2022 were collected. They were divided into two groups based on liquefaction status.Lymph nodes without liquefaction and with a liquefaction range of less than 50%were classified as Group A,with a total of 63 cases. The lymph nodesof other groupwere classified as Group B,with a total of 46 cases. The reduction rate of lymph nodes in the two groups was compared when stopping the medication. We analyzed whether there was a difference in prognosis between the two groups. Results Regular anti-tuberculosis therapy was used until the patient stopped taking medication. In the two groups of cases, the reduction rate of partially liquefied lymph nodes was higher than that of the other groups, with a statistically significant difference(P=0.00).Conclusion GroupA has a better prognosis af-ter anti-tuberculosis treatment.Ultrasonic testing can observe the lymph node condition of cervical lymph node tuberculosis pa-tients throughout the process, thereby providing guidance for the diagnosis and prognosis of patients.
