Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT pulmonary angiography correlation with D-dimer for pulmonary embolism. Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism diagnosed in our hospital were selected,48 pa-tients with pulmonary embolism were finally confirmed as the observation group, and the remaining 32 patients were the control group. All patients underwent CT pulmonary angiography. The LPAD,RPAD and MPAD parameters of each patient were calcu-lated.The fibrinogen level was detected. The correlation between CT pulmonary angiography parameters and fibrinogen was ana-lyzed.The correlation between fibrinogen and the severity of different diseases was analyzed. Results Compared with the con-trol group, the parameter levels of LPAD,RPAD and MPAD were increased(P<0.05);LPAD,RPAD,and MPAD parameters were higher in severe pulmonary embolism than in mild and moderate patients(P<0.05);Compared with patients with mild and moderate pulmonary embolism, the mean level of fibrinogen in patients with severe pulmonary was significantly increased(P<0.05);LPAD,RPAD,and MPAD of CT pulmonary angiography parameters were positively correlated with different diaease severity in patients with pulmonary embolism;Fibrinogen levels were positively correlated with different disease severity(P<0.05);LPAD,RPAD,and MPAD were positively correlated with fibrinogen,respectively(P<0.05).The efficacy of the combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of CT pulmonary angiography and fibrinogen diagnosis alone(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between CT pulmonary angiographic parameters and fibrinogen level and different disease severity.
