Abstract:Objective To evaluate the image quality and nursing in coronary computed tomography angiography. Methods A total of 563 patients suspected coronary artery disease who underwent coronary computed tomography angiography from October 2017 to December 2017 were retrospectively enrolled in our study. The nursing in the scanning course and the image quality were analyzed in this study. Results In these 563 patients, level 1 of image quality was presented on 549 patients, level 2 of image quality was presented on 10 patients, level 3 of image quality was presented on 4 patients. A total of 10 patients were suffered from slight and moderate adverse reaction to contrast media. None serious late adverse reaction occurred in the whole scanning course. Conclusion The high quality of careness played a major part role in the coronary computed tomography angiography scanning and was a key factor to acquire the higher image quality. Meanwhile, it could improve patients' satisfaction and diagnos-tic accuracy of coronary computed tomography angiography.
